Monkey Wishes!

Whoah! Another year has come and is almost gone!

Time sure flies when you're on "monkeybusiness" time!

Again, I had a great year.

I contribute most of that to my friends. Old and new!

Without the warmth of friendship, there is no warmth at all!

This winter-holiday-season, my family and I, wish that you all stay warm, happy and healthy; and that you keep up your own monkey business all year-round, as best you can! I hope you are all surrounded by those you love and those who love you.

Um, oh yeah, Cooper sends everykitty and their families warm kittynuzzles and head butts!

Oh brother!

Just ignore her!

By the way, Cooper wants everyone (including Santa, to know she's been GOOD.

Can you believe her?

No. Really. Don't encourage her!

Yes, Cooper still believes in "you-know-who". heh heh

I guess I can humor her a little.

I will be on hiatus until January 5th.

Monkey Vacation

I think coopie and i might get to go on a vacation for two weeks!! I keep hearing little whispers about it.

i sure hope you all keep in touch while we're gone.

That is, if we get to go.

will keep u all posted.

Monkey Perch

I spent the day guarding my perch, as Coopie was think'n she wanted to sleep in my bed.

Sorry, but I wasn't having any of that!

I was a little fussy this morning, cuz I wasn't happy Daddy had to give me my meds.

Oy vay, can I please tell you all??? I'm sick of the meds already!

Tomorrow, I have another checkup for my paw. This is getting old!

Monkey Updates

Even though my paw is still a little messed up, I'm glad it hasn't kept me from blogging and saying hi to my kitty friends.

Monkey Check-Up

When Mommy took me to the vet Saturday.

When we walked in, the place was packed! There were 4 or 5 dogs in the waiting room, and only one chair left for us.

Mommy took me out of the carrier when a lady asked if she could pet me.

So, I sat in Mommy's lap, outside of my carrier, and the dogs were pretty friendly and I wasn't scared at all.

All the other doggy owners were telling Mommy how beautiful I was.

THEN, a tiny kitty came in and I got a whiff of it and I started growling!

Mommy hasn't ever heard me growl. She was shocked.

After the little kitty got situated next to me, the nice lady came to take us into the room.

Mommy thought I was prolly annoyed 'cause I was getting all the attention, until the other kitty came in.

That could quite possibly be true.

I hope that little kitty was ok!

By the way, I'm on my second batch of anti-biotics and my paw is finally getting back to normal!

Anyway, on the way home, Mommy stopped at Petco and got me some of my favorite tweats.

Monkey Friday Snooze

This afternoon, I went outside to take a little snooze.

I climbed up onto my bed in the kittycoop and closed my eyes.

I could hear the birds chirping and eating, but I chose to keep my eyes closed as I drifted off to sleep.

Monkey Waits

You can see my paw's a little swollen in this picture.

So far, it hasn't bothered me enough, to where I don't want to go out into the hallway.

I just lounge and watch other residents go by.

You can bet, that when the elevator door opened, I haul butt, right back inside.

Both paws, are still as quick as ever!

Monkey Horsing Around

Thanks to all of you kitties for your concerns about my hurting paw.

I'm glad to say that it still hasn't slowed me down.

Here is proof.

Me, busted in the pantry.

Yep, climbin' around, workin' my way from the floor, up a shelf or two, then back down.

Eventually, tryin' to get into the trash bag box!

Wait, get this.

Head first! Not with my "bad paw" of course!

Mommy thought maybe the anti-biotics were kickin' in since I wasn't worried about putting any weight on it.

I was just tryin' to let Mommy know, not to worry so!

Yeah, yeah, my paw is still swollen and the doctor said I still have to take anti-biotics for another week, but I'll be fine.

I know it! Mommy keeps tellin' me so!

Plus, all you kitties keep sending me warm kitty nuzzles and wishes and I know that helps the most.
