Monkey 4

Today was my 4th birthday and I wasn't really able to celebrate because there were maintenance people in our apartment all day and the place was a disaster. It was hard for anykitty or human to even walk around. Mommy said we'd celebrate it at the end of the week, since they'll be here for 4 days working on our A/C.

I'm not bugged by the lack of celebration, but i am bothered by the plastic and paper all over the floor and being unable to run around and slide on it with Coopie a gazillion miles an hour. Mommy said she will ask them to leave clean stuff for me when they leave!

Tribute to Scooter

My one and only ScootyBooty!!! The girl that loved the sun. Loved her yard. Loved her Chicken baby food. In fact, you were the one who turned us on the baby food!! Aww, Scooty, you loved your best friend Kazumi Joy too. You and K-Joy were our first two friends on Catster or anywhere for that matter!! We have never forgotten that! You were always so warm and so friendly!! We had many a good times didn’t we? Oh my, do we miss you girl!

We will always miss you. You and your pretty little face in the sun….smelling the plants and flowers, strolling on your path, sitting in your chair….spending time in your beautiful yard you loved so much.

We will always remember you. We will always love you.

Today Daddy threw out the garbage then went to run an errand.

When he came home he sat down to watch TV.

Then Mommy came home to visit us for lunch. When she walked in, I came running and she picked me up and gave me kittyloves.

We looked around for Coopie and Daddy said he hadn't seen here in awhile.

Just then the door bell rang.

Mommy and I walked to the door.

It was our neighbor, the lady who is scared of cats.

Without saying a word, the lady just turned and walked away. Just then Coopie walked in with a little chirp.

Mommy put me down and picked her up. Needless to say, Coopie certainly wasn't the one who got in trouble.

Mommy gave Coopie lots of tweats.

Daddy was in the dog house!!

Mommy figured out that Coopie was prolly only out in the hallway for 15 minutes or so....Luckily.

Oooh that Daddy.

Monkey Remodel

The best thing so far is that our kittycoop is back out on the balcony.

It's different, but change is in now right?

It's very spacious, that's for sure.

Coopie checked it out first.

I am waiting for the final product.

From what I can see, there's plenty of standing room or sitting room.

We may end up calling it the kittylounge.

Got any suggestions for what we can call it?

Uh-oh, I hope no one gets any ideas about putting a lava lamp in there.

I woke up from my afternoon nap and def. noticed somethin' was up.

It wasn't hard to figure out that my kittycoop, our kittycoop, was in the living room again!

I sat by the screen door, with the kittycoop at my side. Both me and the kittycoop, inside the apartment, not out on the balcony where we belonged.
