Monkey Day After
Last night there was a howling wind.
I'm not ashamed to say that I was pretty sketched out.
Especially after we heard a big crash outside. Coopie and I ran for cover.
Mommy came in to reassure us, but even she jumped when something else fell outside.
This morning, we all went out there to see the damage.
There was a huge branch from one of the palm trees that had flown onto the balcony, knocking over Mommy's ficus tree!
While Mommy swept the bird seed and other debris, she let us out to assess the situation.
Yep, pretty dusty and dirty.
After we checked things out, we both decided to relax and enjoy the sun.
Soon there after, Mommy took a rest and sat with us.
It was so pretty and sunny.
Things were much calmer than last night!
Feeling a warm breeze, I drifted back to sleep.
.......Um....that is until, a birdie flew in a little too close and Coopie jumped and scared it away.
Mommy lunged toward Coopies to make sure she didn't do anything...like jump after it, right over the balcony.
Mommy picked Cooper up and put her back in the kittycoop.
Then Mommy sat down to recover from and "almost" heart attack!
Not really.
Coopies just doesn't understand.
When it's freedom time on the balcony and we're outside the kittycoop, we gotta chillax and be really cool, move slowly and really just be careful.
Sometimes, Coopie forgets.
That's usually when we BOTH get put back inside.

xciting story filled with chills and spills
Oops, Coopie made a little mistake. She is still young and learning about things. The wind sounds like it was very scairty!
Yeah girls. Things have been wild this week!
